New York Kimchi is prepared daily in Kum Gang San’s kitchen in New York City. We’ve been devoted to using the same techniques for the past 19 years to bring you the same delicious kimchi taste you’ve always loved!
Absolutely. We prepare our kimchi daily and pack your order the day it is processed. We then send your order to you within a maximum of three day via UPS shipping. Customers who are based further from New York will recieve their shipents within two-business days.

As a pickled vegetable, the shelf life of kimchi can last for months as long as it is refrigerated properly. However, we suggest you consume the kimchi within the first two months of opening.
